For Employers (Hives)

  • Q: How far in advance should I post a job?
    A: We recommend posting at least 1–2 weeks ahead, but you can post as little as 24–48 hours before.

  • Q: How is payment handled?
    A: Employers and Bees agree on payment directly. Worker Bee’s does not process wages unless future in-platform payments are added.

  • Q: Can I post multiple jobs at once?
    A: Yes. Subscriptions allow unlimited postings while active.

  • Q: What if my Bee doesn’t show up?
    A: You can report no-shows through the platform. Repeat offenders risk account suspension.

Worker Bee’s LLC (“Worker Bee’s,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a platform that connects Employers (“Hives”) with short-term Workers (“Bees”). While Worker Bee’s provides the matching service, all users are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and respect when using our Services. By using Worker Bee’s, you agree to the following: 1. Professional Behavior Employers (Hives): Must provide clear, honest, and lawful job descriptions. Must treat Workers with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times. Must pay agreed-upon compensation promptly and fairly. Workers (Bees): Must perform tasks to the best of their ability, with reliability, punctuality, and professionalism. Must maintain respectful conduct toward Employers, colleagues, and customers. Must honor commitments and communicate promptly if unable to fulfill an agreed-upon role. 2. Prohibited Conduct Harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive behavior of any kind are strictly prohibited. Illegal activities, unsafe practices, or jobs that violate labor laws are not permitted. Employers may not misclassify Workers as employees; Worker Bee’s is a matching service only, not a staffing agency. Workers may not misrepresent skills, identity, or availability. 3. Responsibility & Liability Worker Bee’s LLC is not responsible for: The actions, conduct, or performance of any Worker or Employer. Disputes, payment disagreements, or workplace conflicts between Hives and Bees. Any damages, losses, or claims arising from engagements facilitated through the platform. Both Hives and Bees are solely responsible for their own behavior and compliance with applicable laws. 4. Enforcement Worker Bee’s reserves the right to: Suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate this Disclaimer or our Terms of Service. Remove postings or profiles that fail to meet our standards of professionalism and lawful conduct. 5. Agreement By creating an account and using Worker Bee’s, you acknowledge and agree to act with professionalism, honesty, and respect, and you accept sole responsibility for your conduct and interactions on the platform.

    A: Payment terms (cash, check, electronic) are agreed upon directly with the Employer.
